We control the fish when captured, classification afterwards, their elaboration in brine, packaging and transport by containers to Spain.Guaranteeing you a chain of quality control form the moment the fish is captured till your table!!  The anchovy filets EXTRA Y "00" of this brand are the biggest anchovy filets that you can find in the HoReCa sector. This anchovy is cleaned by hand, according to the traditional methods of elaborating anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea; therefore we conceived a product, LOW IN SALT with a tasteful aroma and classic taste characteristics for the anchovy filets.The EXTRA are packed in big cans RO1000, RO550 and thermosealed trays, "00" are packed in thermosealed trays.  |
